JBA-v...in the news: Consolidated Jaba arranges two-million-unit financing Wed 31 Jul 2002 Mr. James Briscoe reports Consolidated Jaba has agreed to a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to two million units in the capital of the company at a price of five cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of 10 cents for a period of one year. The proceeds of this financing will be used for administrative expenses and property acquisition costs. This private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The securities issued through this offering will be subject to a one-year hold period.
