briefing.com knows this:

09:31 ET Consumer Confidence seen at 101.5 : The July Consumer Confidence index will be released at 10 ET; the market expects a decline to 101.5 from 106.4 in June. That would be a 4.6% decline vs the 4.7% decline seen in the already-reported Michigan index. The decline in July confidence is of course related to the huge declines seen in stocks during the survey periods, but with stocks apparently on the mend, any July decline will probably be at least partially offset in August.

In short: this month's number is meaningless, cuz they anticipate a different number next month! Get it? Got it. Good.
