AG, Send me the ph # and I'll give them a call on your behalf. FWIW, I doubt it will do any good. I know folks who were in a similar situation as you and the HMO wouldn't do it either. HMOs are a nasty bunch of miserable people

At 11:00 - when I return from the Doctors office I will PM everyone the number to the Insurance company. All that needs to be said is to sternly tell them how much you disagree with a policy that would prevent me from having a scope in Iowa when they would be willing to do one here.
