The ironic part about the rumour is the fact that Qualcomm must have taken a HUGE share of MOT´s handsets this quarter to come out with the forecast that they did. End demand has not been that great....they must be taking share within Motorola and taking back some of the share that Nokia managed to get last year.

The only possible threat is TI, aka Dot Wireless IMO.
