Wayne -- CAW, CAW, CAW -- Oh, I dunno about that, one big bang of a day doesn't start the rally but it doesn't call the end either. My guess is that an Dow/Naz minus the extreme volatility will return the confidence to the investor - otherwise there will be no "White House" rally.
