Any guesses on how long this NazDow rally lasts? ... Got a few things I want to unload a little higher, so I'm hoping for a few more days. Trying to position myself for a possible lengthy economic downturn. Came out of early retirement recently. Saving up cash for possible good deals on quality rural real estate if times get tough. Local Alaska real estate market here is still hot, but how long can it last? The state is slowly running out of money, and we're down to our last $25 billion or so <g>. Seriously, we are finally getting into a crunch. There was a big outcry this year when they closed some state parks and stopped maintaining some highways, including one of my favorites...
