I do have to applaud Ted David this morning. He had some guy talking about the consumer confidence numbers. The guy focused on the recent stock market action rather than the underlying economic situation in his discussion. Ted brought him back around to dealing with the economic issues. It was a short piece, but at least Ted didn't let the idea of the stockmarket being both the cause *and* effect for every situation stand.
