Would you say that there is some sort of unwritten time limit for wronged peoples to have the right to claim lands lost by political decision or wars?

I grant you that Arafat have the right to turn down any offer but does it give him the moral right to target children? We are not even talking about civilian targets but specifically children.
And yet people like you call Sharon a war criminal and Arafat a hero. Where is your basic human decency?
