nope, he's a diplomatic historian, not a political scientist, so although he did do his graduate work at Harvard, he worked with Ernest May rather than Huntington. Of course, he had a fellowship for a time at Huntington's institutional home base, the Olin Institute for Strategic Studies, so there is indeed some connection... <g> Sophisticated conspiracy theorists might find it worth a look:
