So you are saying what if Tony is an unreliable, self-promoting liar who would stoop to anything to promote his own cash-cow subscriber Web site? That he was a chronic liar to serve his own ends?

Interesting speculation.

Also, what if tony was just talking out of his behind about the fbi and information like hypesters talking about inside tips from the ceo. What if someone then repeated this to the fbi. Maybe that's how this started? Just a wild hypothetical. I have no idea.

I didn't call them because I didn;t belivve him. I made a statement a year ago referring to Tony's FBI tips and said I thought either he was full of shit or his contact was the stupidest agent in the bureau. Now it appears to be the latter. I never knew Royer's name. And I didn't trade tony's tips nor believe him so why would I call the FBI ? Besides if you did believe Tony, why would you call them when they were already there?

You can hypothesize forever about what happened but if you read the indictment you will have a more accurate picture of the truth, you just don't want to believe it.

That is why you don't have tony's site members comming out to support him here. They know the truth. They know of Tony's bragging of his FBI tips, Some of them even met Royer in Las Vegas and again at Tony's house party just before his arrest. None of them can come here with clear conscience and tell you they don;t believe tony is guilty of at least that part of the indictment

I can't vouch for the whole indictment but the part about FBI info and Tony's introduction to Royer sounds exactly like what I saw.

why didn't you call the fbi?
if you thought he was doing something improper?

what if tony was just talking out of his behind about the fbi and information

There's the rub. It was difficult to take him seriously sometimes, what was true or a fabrication? Some of us would go into private chats and mock him at times, because he did BS.
