I agree.

Their success depends on the willingness of their members to commit suicide carrying out their terrorist acts.

As long as they have no hope for a better life, that option isn't all that hard to make. But they have to plan and organize it first and that's got to be pretty hard operating from a cave with no communication system.

As long as we stay vigilant, it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to pull a stunt like that again.
