Wanna_bmw, Re: So you believe that things can only get worse?

No but I am very disappointed with the management. The biggest near-term problem is the increasing competition from ATI with NV30 being late. That could cost NVDA market-share in the high-end segment at a time when they need it most. Mid-term problems are the pending MSFT arbitration and the SEC probe. And of course lack of PC demand is always a problem.

The bottom line is that the stock could still fall further (it's still trading at 3x book) and that the future prospects aren't that good. And if NVDA just barely breaks-even for the next several quarters or even falls into red ink I don't see much upside for the stock. I've bought into NVDA because I liked the valuation based on their earnings and past-performance. If there aren't any earnings, the valuation isn't that great.
