here is an interesting stat from a newsletter i recently subscribed to:

value of stocks in us : 8 trillion
value of housing in us: 13 trillion

which "bubble" would be of concern right now ?

can houses in the u.s. be purchased with a smaller percentage down payment than the equivalent to "margin" in the stock market ? i'd think the answer (like in canada) is YES...
