Yes....I agree, that the selection of people to search sure seems strange. I have flown about six times since 9/11....and I've never been stopped before, or asked to have anything searched.

I have an 85 year old relative who was stopped and searched, made to take off her shoes (she can barely walk)...which just seemed like a total waste of everyone's time, IMO. This is a widow who would be the least likely person to be a terrorist you possibly could find!

But...now that I think about it, my twin brother received a major search when our family made a trip to Colorado in the Fall. So...maybe we all just look a little shady, LOL!
