Nuclear armed or not, 2/3's of earth's crude oil reserves are held by nations that many Westerners consider quite barbaric. Given the choice to speak without risk, I imagine at least the female half within these countries would agree with the Westerners.

My guess is that with any change of power within Saudia Arabia, the probability would be very low that oil flow would not be seriously impacted. This would be something felt intensely around the globe.
