Ha ha..bureau of parallel ruts indeed. I recall a certain frustrated and incredulous Liberal, who lost it when I said we didn't need publicly funded roads. When he asked "how would we get to work in the morning, you idiot?," I replied "Same way as we do now, just without the potholes" He really lost it then. ahhhh...the good old days.
