I have to concede - OCCFD will probably go below $ 1.50 Wednesday. Too bad but Management obviously lacks the neccessary experience. Could easily still become de-listed.

Wellll I guess the good news is that Kopstein will have fewer shares to sell .....

The only thing this company can do is increase sales and profits. Very tough to do when the telecom sector ain't buying. Very sad. Also very sad how much this stock was churned from Oct - Dec to sell only about 30M of Kopstein's shares -- but giving the illusion that more shares were being distributed than really were. Equally sad were the backwards looking stories that claimed that OCCF's business space was unaffected by the problems long distance telecom companies were experiencing.

It looks like my prediction that OCCF would become a $40M reveune, break even business was pretty much correct. And I'm guessing they will post something like a $1M+ loss (-.02/share) this quarter.

If OCCF were a buy, company insiders would be taking Kopstein's remaining shares off his hands.
