nixtox, Yes, I commented on that a while ago.
One of the weaknesses of the Dell model is the lack of local support(which dell buys now, from local IT companies)
BB has a large number of stores and these will constitute a base for RMA, as well as local support. Some areas may be too far for that, but with over 400 stores BB probably has someone within 10 miles of any highly populated area.
So that means RMA freight is back to the closest store and not to Texas.
RMA can be dealth with locally, aggregated and shipped to the manufacturers RMA center or to the BB RMA center, or simply scrapped under a deal with the manufacturer.

This will give BB an advantage over Dell.
BB will be on a buying par with Dell, more or less, but may pay a bit more for CPUs, and they will be free to sell AMD parts.
