i'll post it slowly so you might understand....

"the shame in corporate accounting is not in what is illegal.... but what is done that IS legal that is the real shame in corporate accounting"

MSFT using rules to show investors one set of books and the IRS a second set is perfectly legal, but only employees who want to hide something do such a thing to its own owners......
