It's true, the reason the Sierra Club would not let him join was because he wore caulked boots to a meeting once by accident. But despite his evil job, his heart was with the bunnies and the owls. Onetime after a hard days' falling his boss found him on a stump crying softly, a dead baby burrowing owl in his hands. "I just can't do this anymore", marcos wept, "I started a side cut and heard the tree say "ouch".. please stop me before I kill again!" Finally the irony of killing trees so people could print stories about saving kittens in them he could bear no longer, and he left that life behind. Now he can barely walk through an acre of forest as he has to hug every tree on the way by. He wears a sweatshirt imprinted thereon, "Former Devastator of Nature, Seeking Redemption" The man who lies to his heart will never find true happiness.
