almost all components to CRB commodity index are rising
despite the deflationary environment generally
this adds credence to the Puplava Theory

deflation within general economy (debt based)
inflation within commodity economy (cash based)

the bankruptcies and mass liquidations keep the deflation working in the general economy

the public utility mgmt and hard asset underpinning keep the inflation working in the commodity economy
the possible exception I see is the rash of upcoming energy company bankruptcies
starting with Williams and NRG Energy

we may actually see energy company equity losses while commodity prices continue to rise
which would be a double whammy curse for utilities
e.g. rising costs and cut profit margins, diminishing capital flows with credit value losses
