"When will CNBC wake up?" (to things like Merrill's downgrade of LLY today) I believe Kernan did rake Merrill over the coals this morning for a downgrade (in discussion with Faber). I'm not sure the stock was LLY, but it was something that dropped about $15-$20 this week and was downgraded today. [I sure do miss the old netcognizance.com where you could see what CNBC, CNNfn, and others were commenting on. Does anyone have a replacement site for that one?]

I'm tired of being lied to and intentionally misled.
