Rant on, Bill. On one side, you've got Fox News, the Washington Times, the WSJ editorial page, the Washington Times, Rush, Drudge, and legions of bloviating pundits and warbloggers blaring out the neocon/Israeli lobby line with never the least concern for balance (except in the Orwellian "fair and balanced" Fox News sense). On the other side, you got the NYT, which has allegedly failed to follow affirmative action for right wing bloviators among its reportorial ranks. The NYT still prints all these long articles that assiduously quote sources on both sides, but that doesn't matter to the right wing whiners. It's all a subtle liberal conspiracy.

It must really rankle the bloviating ranks that despite the right wing dominance among the "opinion" faction of the media, more people voted for Gore than for W. They gotta blame that on somebody, I guess, the NYT is as good a candidate as any.

It's all a joke. It'll be a really bad joke if the neocons succeed in bogging us down in the broad Middle East occupation they're pushing for so assiduously, but that's life. What the heck, maybe the local beyond the fringe element is right, and all those nefarious Arab minds are secretly longing for a Hashemite restoration, and will peacefully unite behind anybody of that lineage we chose to install. Hey, it could happen.

Better that 80%, (and really closer to 90%), of the people who work for the NYT, WP, and the other major papers, have never voted for a Republican.

Geeez, I don't call that left wing; that's simply good common sense. ;-)

Part of the media Bias that we are talking about is that you people on the left consider it perfectly fine to refer to those on the right, as "Right Wing," but get really pissed if we want you referred to as "Left Wing".

Not me. I haven't taken umbrage at repeated labeling of me that way. My family thinks I'm much too moderate in my politics. But that's definitely another issue.

Bill, all this stuff about how the reporters are all (99%) left wing is about twenty five years too old. The high water mark of that, most likely, was Watergate. It's all been down hill since. I would love it, if you were right. But, unfortunately, you are not.
