13:09 ET Cisco Systems revs seen at low end of guidance-- Buckingham (CSCO) 12.93 -0.41: Buckingham Research downgrades to NEUTRAL from Accumulate and cuts price target to $12 from $25 (based on 25x CY03 earnings vs 35x before). Firm expects CSCO to post in-line EPS, but revs at the low end of guidance. Firm's channel checks indicate that CSCO is shipping product right up until the end of the qtr (which ends today), an indication of weaker than expected sales... CSCO is scheduled to report Aug. 6.

see ... I knew it. I did! I really did! Geez finally some verification of stabilization in software, I was wondering if my antennae's needed reattaching or cleaning or something.

The .2% increase last fall sure caused software stocks to rock! Geez thats all it was, .2%. I guess it was 10x that last q, at 2.5% (10% annualized).
