How many times do you use that phrase daily? Fact is, all presidents should be so lucky as to inherit a robust economy as Bush did in November '00. The common working man whose 401(k) was worth $50,000 under Clinton and is now worth $37,000 under Bush ... you think he might be tempted to vote Democratic in November? We'll see.
