There is a big disconect between oil price and Oil stocks. Oil stocks are cheap, especially considering tech valuations and they pay 2-5% divies. If one wanted to have long exposure Id look at the oil's. Oil stocks are at levels when Oil was at 18 a barrel in 1998. On top of all that you get the war premium, embargo, kuwati invasion etc.
