Duke: Are you talking about the same company as I am? Comcast is a cable outfit that ATT entered into joint venture with. ATT wireless is wholly owned by ATT as AWE is a tracking stock. Just to update you on what cos. do what here is this:

CMCSK develops, manages, and operates hybrid fiber coaxial broadband cable networks and communications systems. For the three months ended 3/31/02, revenues rose 20% to $2.67 billion. Net loss before accnt. change totaled $88.9 million, vs. an income of $616.7 million. Results reflect subscriber growth for digital cable and high-speed Internet and increased sales at QVC, offset by the absence of a $1.2 billion non-operating gain related to the systems exchange with Adelphia Communications.
