Rich, I just read that revised government GDP data, now shows that the economy contracted the first 3 quarters of 2001 (previously data showed only the 3rd quarter of 2001 being negative) - ending the debate, as to whether there really was a recession or not. New data also shows that it was the mildest recession since 1955. I guess this now means, that Bush really was handed an economy entering recession.
