about $300 of the price difference is the RAM and airport card and hard drive the rest is the processor

the 667 will have slightly better battery life

there are rumors that superdrive powerbooks are on the way

I think you're correct. The only differences are in CPU speed, HD size and RAM. All the other specs are the same.
