I am in complete elimination of any kind of estate tax. The government has no right what so ever to tax an estate that has already paid taxes.

Until we eliminate the estate tax completely, I am not against the loophole.

It has nothing to do with "getting some money back." This is not their money. They did nothing to create this estate, they taxed the estate through the years, and that's not enough for them.
