Agreed. If Cisco tgt lowering is just hot air, look for quick denial today / tonight from Cisco. If nothing by tomorrow morning, we can probably assume it's fairly accurate.

CSCO is usually very good about setting analyst expectations. I would probably wait for a bigger name to come out before taking it as gospel, but I would lean toward believing the analyst's opinion.

If it is true about the topline, then it should start to sink in that the recovery is illusory.
