Moment of truth tomorrow....If WMB has met their loan payment of $450 Million then its off to the races again.. They did make a payment of $300 million today and I believe they would not have done so if they intended to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. That plus their conference call tomorrow AM will answer a lot of questions.

CPN also reports tomorrow....how that is going to play out, I don't know

You might consider investing in Berkshire Hathaway (BRKB). Warren Buffett has been able to get better deals on distressed assets in the beaten up energy and telecom sectors than we small investors can. The convertible bonds he has bought offer better downside protection with nice yields and great upside potential. This is the type of market that he excels in.
