The commies are coming, the commies are coming, the commies are coming! I didn't know that it's a criminal offense to post something not favorably related to MSFT.

To the financial statements experts, MSFT is invincible. Stock options won't have any effect at all. I buy that. My $ is where my mouth is. MSFT will double in 5 years, IMO.

Many who want to hide what is really going on are more than happy to let people like you think it that stock options are the root of all evil.

maybe you should tell GE today, that they don't know what they are doing..... oh wait, you are the idiot that said that ESO's are not what GE just said they are.... an obvious expense....

maybe you should tell Alan Greenspan and Warren Buffett and Arthur levitt and now GE and the two companies a day that are converting that they don't know how to read balance sheets.....

the problem isn't GE... it is companies like MSFT, every time a company like this converts, it means it's another day that MSFT will have to do it.... and for MSFT, expensing Options IS a big deal.....

are you really that blinded by your watching your stock holdings go in the toilet, that you can't look up for a single moment and see what is going on, and what this means for MSFT?
