MM, my guess is that QUALCOMM share price could wallow for a while [three years] while the shareholding gets rebalanced. There must still be huge numbers of those who piled in and are pleased to have not been in the techwreck where total losses were more normal.

As stockmarket returns go back to the normal 3% after tax, after inflation returns, they'll gradually get bored, disillusioned and sell out as they need the money for something else.

Meanwhile, QUALCOMM will go on developing more and more stuff and selling more and more and getting rid of the dud investments [they were suckered by the telecosmic irrational exuberance too] and then, the shareholding will be tighter, the profits will start dropping to the bottom line and wireless cyberspace will have arrived. There'll be another zoom zoom zoom as people realize it's for real!
