stock, Only a small role, the primary one to be to protect the populace from foreign attack. The EPA needs to be restructured. They are too fanatic in wanting to forbid humans in thousands of acres because of just a few spotted owls, or pup fish. I am for conservation, but refuse to be totally unbalanced about it. It is obvious that the SEC is not doing it's job, so why should it not be changed. They expect charlatans to come out into the open and confess of their wrong doing. That's really smart. Except in the time of war, which we are in BTW, there should be not "Big Brother" intervention by the federal government. Set the people free!!!
