Actually, that's probably right. MS has just concluded a review by the SEC with a "no change".

Actually, MSFT did have a "change" due to an error in their accounting where they overstated Earnings from operations, about nine months ago and they were made aware of it, because of the SEC review...... you forgetting this change, doesn't mean it did not happen.... it just means you will lose money for not knowing to keep track of the company you invest in....

and by the way, the MSFT CEO would have been found liable for this error in accounting under the sign off that the SEC wants all companies to do now....

good thing the SEC didn't find it a year later than they did.....
