Just heard that Cordesman has his own website.

No chance to search it yet but this is what I found earlier today... a little dated...

csis.org

not sure who's testifying, but the Senate Foreign Relations Committee staff has good people on it, so the choices should be decent. Of today's folks, Cordesman is tops, as I said (altho he's really Max Headroom in disguise); Butler knows his stuff on Iraq (altho he's a bit too much of an arms control true believer for my taste); and Hamza is a unique source of info (altho I'd want to have others' vet what he said first before I took it on faith).

If people want something to read to help them think through the pros and cons of different Iraq policies before the Pollack book comes out, this is the best thing available:

amazon.com

It's a model of intelligent, fair-minded policy analysis, featuring the best younger Iraq experts around (including Pollack). It was written a few years ago when containment was starting to fall apart, but still exremely useful.
