Actually Charles Snake's lack of logic is comical.

Had Enron's credit rating been helped out by the government, Enron's employees wouldn't be in the mess they're in today. Rubin's interest coincided with employee and shareholder interest: that Enron remain solvent.

The Bush administration stood by while Enron executives pumped and dumped, and looted the company. And then they did absolutely nothing to help the employees.

The Enron executives should have to give their ill-gotten goods to the swindled employees and shareholders, but somehow i doubt that will happen.
