this is the kind of crapt world class companies do led by mbas. and the stock is up annnnother buck and a half. i get mail and phone calls with all kinds of offers. there is inconvenience in accepting them. j p morgan offers me crapt- they sell their list, entre, and piss off their customers.

I think this in stupid and inexcusable. I would take it higher than a mere supervisor; seriously, I recommend calling management.

I have had accounts with Bank One since 1968 (when it was still City National) and another bank subsequently acquired and merged since 1960. I continue to bank with them, have never had any serious problems with either the banking side or the credit card side in 42 years, although I think they have some disreputable practices for the unwary consumer.

I have owned stock in it or a predecessor company since 1981, have had an overall terrific return, like the prospects.

And I am serious that you need to take this up with management.
