All these guys are missing the main point.Option grants are currently are cost to SE, without full disclosure and approval by shareholders. when you expense options, it goes to the expense side of the balance sheet, instead of giving the management a key to steal from SE. It is particularly important in case of Dell, because management protected their profits with a huge risk to shareholders by playing the derivative game without proper risk management.
