Bangor Daily News...August 1st I believe...on or abouts anyway. The problem is that the company is too optimistic in their expected clean up cost. It ain't cheap "cleaning" a large, deep tidal river, not to mention disposing of thousands of tons of hazardous materials, i.e. contanimated dredge spoils. Of course the final judgement is not in. They have to fund an independent study to determine the extent of the contamination. Some estimates put it about 50 miles downriver! That's huge.
