Lots of the newer double wides are large. I think 70'x28' is the limit now. I visited a friend in Florida that had 65'x24' double wide with a Florida room added on. All the homes in the park were double wides with Florida rooms and two car carports and all set with brick under skirting. The park took care of the yard work and there was a meeting room and swimming pool for the residents. The residents had formed a co-op and owned the park. Not a bad way to live.
