rob v - That is a meaningless dodge. And incidentally, its also another rob v generalized pejorative, that ALL QCOM longs are like Stepford wives. I can understand. And I am open to change. I can also understand that you can't provide any examples because you don't have any. Let me give you one example of the "shameless CDMA tout's" objectivity. He recently wrote an article in which he expressed his enthusiasm over the upcoming 1X launch. In that article he also encouraged non 1x carriers to follow suit with their own competitive offerings, claiming that those technologies could provide the same or similar services as 1X. Does that sound like a shameless CDMA tout to you? rob v - throwing around unsubstantiated insults is an unhealthy thing. The internet allows people like you the anonymity to do it without any fear of consequence. I nonetheless remain open to any valuable information you can bring to the thread, and indeed you have brought such information about the potential emerging threats to 3g from wi-fi and OFDM. I encourage you to keep it up. But your inability or unwillingness to control the urge to throw around insults like a puppy throws around a chew-toy is tiresome to me, and I suspect others (both long and short) as well.
