Mis, mips1.net South Africa mining proposal. The optimists hope it is a starting point and concessions will be made. I read one SAf gold analyst comments along the lines that on the face of it it's scary. CFZ'ers believe that all clowns will be destroyed - the banksters may see to it that everyone is destroyed. mike
