There is "Customer Service" and there is Customer Service. I would go to the branch manager next. If that doesn't get satisfaction, I would ask for the compliance officer (who won't be at the branch but at the main bank, whichever one you are with). If you are a First USA direct customer (only have the credit card) I guess you have to go straight to Phil Heasley. I don't know where you are located and I don't know where he is hanging his hat these days, but I think I recall he is at the head shed now (312) 732-4000 will get you the main switchboard. You could talk to the compliance officer for the corporation there too.
