The only difference betwen the stocks bubble and the RE bubble is that you only have to bite the bullet once
And you do have something to show for it.

The argument that people aren't speculating with RE yet is valid- for most parts of the country.
And there is always the trade off to paying rents.
But once people start driving up the bid side of housing
We have a bubble and cheaper prices will be abound for the patient buyer.

And we all know the hidden costs that come with owning your own house can be quite costly too.
Freaking township is trying to raise our taxes again.
And there is always maintenance

little crap houses are listing for 250k and getting 10-20k more on the bid.
D**n, things are cheap in the Deep South! :-)
