I wonder if this is going to be Part 2 of the international bailout out of US markets. I think some European insurance companies were believed to be selling during the last decline (june/july) along with other institutions..and the dollar index declining might have been some evidence of confirmation of this.

If this is part 2, it could be a sharp drop as so many US investors seemed to have been picking what they believe was the market bottom lately.
