And of course you know that because the proforma effect is already disclosed in the financial statement footnotes for interested parties to see. And the footnotes are an integral part of the financial statements as stated at the bottom of the balance sheet, income statement....

It's politically correct B.S. and it's wrong because no amount for any booked expense will ever be disbursed out of the company and that's an undeniable fact. So the offset to the expense goes right back into shareholder equity as "paid in surplus". What a joke. Imult and those who follow his lead are a weenies for not standing up for the right solution - a new disclosure focused on measuring the reality of dilution caused by exercised and potentially exercisable stock options!
