different areas have different pricing....I suspect that he is out in the pomona valley by Corona or Perris. Prices are much cheaper out there than where I am, but there is a lot of building going on out there. Most of the dairy and cattle farmers are just sitting on the land waiting for the prices to go up. That is where I go out to play paintball.

I agree with the remarks made by JXM...that the price paid per acre of land is different depending on the specific area.

At the risk of being flamed, LOL!...this is IMO a case where having a well qualified real estate broker would be worth the price of the commission. A well connected broker would know the "going price" for the area, and would be able to know if you are dealing with a qualified buyer.

Real estate transactions IMO are becoming more complicated...especially in California with all of the disclosure laws, and the potential for future lawsuits. It seems like in almost every area of our lives lawsuits are becoming too common...as too many people IMO seek to blame someone else for the choices they've made.
