ADVP CONFERENCE CALL UPDATE --- (which just ended about 10 minutes ago).

C.C. was excellent and clarified in my mind and most analyst's mind that the WSJ story was misleading and unfair, to be honest, and that the prosecutor is a bit out of control.

ADVP management simply asked the prosecutor after nearly 4 YEARS to narrow his scope and be specific so they could comply specifically and put an end this. He replied by saying he could do interview all employees of the company if he wanted and expand it as he say fit.

Simply put - there are no new claims by the prosecutor and the company reiterated that they have the most transparent accouting in their industry. They were calm and forthright and totally non-defensive. They reiterated that this was not affecting business and discussed their renewed large relationship with the State of N.C. Their growth and earnings and outlook are strong.

You decide, do your homework if interested and listen to the C.C. replay.
